It’s not often that people take the time to pick up a pen, write and then post an actual letter these days so the letter that we recently received from the Midlands in Ireland is amazingly special to us!

A lovely lady wrote:

Dear Ms Kenneally,

I just wanted to write to you to say your veggie crisps “Roast Tomato & Spanish Paprika” are delicious. I purchased them last week from Lidl in Cavan. Even my 17 year old son loved them.

When I picked them up I thought they would be like kettle crisps but no, it was a great and pleasant surprise when I tasted them.
